DESCRIPCI\u00d3N GENERAL<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mindfulness<\/em> o atenci\u00f3n plena se entiende como la capacidad para prestar atenci\u00f3n a la experiencia del momento presente con una actitud que incluye amabilidad y suspensi\u00f3n de juicios. En las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas, su pr\u00e1ctica ha sido incorporada al mundo de la salud y la psicoterapia con el objetivo de favorecer nuevas formas de relaci\u00f3n con la experiencia, particularmente frente al dolor f\u00edsico y emocional. Aparecen as\u00ed los llamados estudios contemplativos que dan cuenta de beneficios de la pr\u00e1ctica mindfulness junto a correlatos biol\u00f3gicos y mecanismos de acci\u00f3n. Estudios recientes se\u00f1alan su potencial en la prevenci\u00f3n y manejo de cuadros depresivos, ansiosos y de estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

En concordancia con lo expuesto, el Instituto Milenio para la Investigaci\u00f3n en Depresi\u00f3n y Personalidad \u2013 MIDAP, ofrece este curso experiencial y did\u00e1ctico en torno a los aportes de las pr\u00e1cticas contemplativas – mindfulness<\/em> y compasi\u00f3n – en el bienestar personal y relacional. Se combina aprendizaje experiencial con conceptualizaciones te\u00f3ricas sobre mindfulness<\/em> y sus correlatos cient\u00edficos.<\/p>\n
